Super Cart is designed with privacy as a core principle. The application is primarily an offline application and does not require users to create an account, register, sign in, or provide personal identification information.
Super Cart is designed so that bills, receipts, product photos, prices, comments, purchase information, and other saved records remain stored locally on the user's device.
This Privacy Policy explains how Super Cart accesses, uses, stores, and protects information.
1. No Account or Registration
Super Cart does not require:
- Account registration
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Name
- Password
- Social media login
- Cloud account
Super Cart does not maintain a server-side user account or personal profile.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
Super Cart may store information that you create or capture while using the application, including:
- Photos of products
- Bills
- Receipts
- Invoices
- Price tags
- Product names
- Categories
- Prices
- Currencies
- Barcodes and QR codes
- Purchase status, such as SAW, WANT, TO BUY, or BOUGHT
- Comments entered by the user
- Capture date and time
- Location coordinates when location access is enabled
- Recognition results generated by the application
This information is stored locally on the user's device.
Super Cart does not upload the user's local database, captured photos, bills, receipts, comments, purchase history, or other locally stored records to the developer's servers.
3. Camera Access
Super Cart uses the device camera so that users can photograph products, price tags, bills, receipts, invoices, barcodes, QR codes, and other items.
Images captured by Super Cart are used to provide the functionality requested by the user.
Image recognition and supported AI processing are designed to be performed locally on the device.
Captured images are not uploaded to the developer for AI processing.
4. Artificial Intelligence and Image Recognition
Super Cart may use locally installed artificial intelligence models to recognize information contained in an image.
Depending on the available model and image, recognition may include information such as:
- Product or item category
- Product name
- Price
- Currency
- Bill or document type
- Barcode
- QR code
- Other visible information
AI recognition is performed locally where supported.
Super Cart may download AI model files or other application components from the internet when required.
Downloading an AI model does not require Super Cart to upload the user's photos, bills, receipts, local database, comments, purchase history, or other private application data.
The model download service may receive ordinary technical network information required to deliver the requested file, such as an IP address and network request information.
5. Barcode and QR Code Processing
Super Cart may detect and decode barcodes and QR codes visible in captured images.
Barcode and QR decoding is designed to occur locally on the user's device.
Decoded values may be stored locally as part of an item record.
Super Cart does not automatically upload a barcode or QR code to the developer.
A barcode or product identifier may be used as part of an online search only when the user requests an online function such as Compare Price.
6. Location
Super Cart may request permission to access the device's location.
Location can be used to remember where a product, bill, price, or other item was captured.
Location information may include:
- Latitude
- Longitude
- Location accuracy
- Capture time
Location permission is optional.
If permission is denied, the rest of the application's core functionality can continue to operate without recording the location.
Location coordinates are stored locally on the device.
Super Cart does not transmit stored GPS coordinates to the developer.
Super Cart does not use location information for advertising, profiling, tracking, or marketing.
7. Internet Access
Super Cart can perform its core capture and record-management functions without a permanent internet connection.
Internet access may be used for limited optional functionality, including:
- Downloading AI models or application components
- User-requested product or price searches
- Compare Price functionality
- Retrieving publicly available product information
- Downloading application updates through the application distribution platform
Super Cart does not automatically upload the user's locally stored data when internet access becomes available.
8. Online Searches and Compare Price
When the user explicitly requests an online search, such as by pressing Compare Price, Super Cart may send only the information required to perform that search.
For example, a search request may contain:
- Product name
- Brand
- Model number
- Barcode or product identifier
- Search keywords
Super Cart does not include the user's complete local database, unrelated items, private comments, receipt images, bill images, or purchase history in such search requests.
Online search providers may receive technical information normally associated with an internet request, including the device's IP address.
Information processed by an external search or information provider may also be subject to that provider's own privacy policy.
9. Personal Data
Super Cart does not require users to provide personal identification information to the developer.
Super Cart does not create a remote personal profile based on the information stored in the application.
Super Cart does not use locally stored bills, receipts, purchases, products, locations, or prices to create advertising profiles.
10. Data Sharing
Super Cart does not sell personal data.
Super Cart does not rent personal data.
Super Cart does not provide the user's local database to advertisers, data brokers, marketing companies, or other third parties.
Super Cart does not share captured bills, receipts, product photos, comments, purchase history, or locally stored location history with third parties.
Information necessary to complete a user-requested online search may be transmitted to the service performing that search as described in this Privacy Policy.
11. Advertising
Super Cart does not use user bills, receipts, product information, purchase history, prices, comments, or location information for targeted advertising.
If the application contains no advertising SDKs, Super Cart does not collect or transmit personal data for advertising purposes.
12. Analytics and Tracking
Super Cart does not use the contents of users' bills, receipts, images, purchases, prices, comments, or location records for behavioral analytics or cross-application tracking.
Super Cart does not track a user's activity across other applications or websites.
13. Local Data Security
Super Cart stores application records in the application's local storage area on the user's Android device.
Access to application data is protected by Android's application security mechanisms.
Super Cart is designed to limit access to stored information to the application and the user.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Android device, including device screen locking and other security protections.
14. Data Retention
Because Super Cart stores application records locally, records remain on the user's device until they are deleted by the user or the application's local data is removed.
The developer does not maintain a remote copy of the user's Super Cart database and therefore does not retain the user's private Super Cart records on a developer-controlled server.
15. Deleting Your Data
Super Cart does not use user accounts, so there is no online account that needs to be deleted.
Users can delete locally stored Super Cart information through the application's available deletion functions.
Users can also remove all locally stored Super Cart application data using Android's application storage settings or by uninstalling Super Cart.
Because the developer does not keep a server-side copy of the user's Super Cart database, there is no remote copy of this data that needs to be requested from the developer for deletion.
16. Device Backup
Super Cart is intended to keep private application records on the user's device.
Cloud backup of Super Cart's private database and captured images should be disabled by the application where supported so that private Super Cart records are not automatically transferred to a cloud backup service by the application.
Device manufacturers and operating-system services may separately provide device-level backup, migration, or recovery functionality. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
17. Third-Party Services
Super Cart may communicate with third-party services only when needed to provide specific functionality requested by the user, such as:
- Downloading an AI model
- Searching for a product
- Comparing product prices
- Retrieving publicly available information
These services may automatically process normal technical network information, such as IP address, request time, and request parameters, in order to provide the requested service.
Super Cart does not intentionally provide these services with the user's local bills, receipt images, private comments, complete purchase history, or local database unless a future feature clearly explains such processing to the user and this Privacy Policy is updated accordingly.
18. Google Play
Super Cart may be downloaded and updated through Google Play.
Google Play and Google may process information relating to application installation, updates, security, purchases, and use of Google Play services according to Google's own terms and privacy policies.
Such processing is separate from Super Cart's local storage of bills, receipts, products, prices, and other application records.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Super Cart's functionality or privacy practices change.
Any updated version will include a revised effective date.
If a future version of Super Cart introduces functionality that transfers additional user data outside the device, this Privacy Policy and applicable in-app disclosures will be updated before or when that functionality is introduced.
